We understand that sometimes you may need a different size. If you wish to exchange your sneakers, please follow the steps below:

  1. Eligibility: Exchanges are only accepted for items in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached.
  2. Request Exchange: Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. Please include your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
  3. Exchange Process: Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  4. Shipping: Customer is responsible for the $9.99 per order shipping and exchange fee. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item is received. 45 Footwear, LLC will send you the link to pay for and process your exchange.  We do not guarantee exchanges not processed through 45Footwear, LLC customer service.
  5. Processing Time: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your exchange. You will receive an email confirmation once your new item is on its way.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. 45Footwear, LLC will arrange for a replacement or provide further instructions.
